Oh, you young ones! Don't ask us how to cook a 25 lb. turkey in a microwave to see if we diss you hard or say something ridiculous that you can post; we're on to you! How about we skip these shenanigans and tell you some delicious things you can make for your Friendsgiving or actual Thanksgiving that are so fantastic you won't believe they're vegetarian much less vegan. OK? Good!
This right here is savory broccolini and white beans. All we did is cook them in olive oil with some lemon juice, thyme, oregano, garlic and basil. Any questions?
And this? So easy it hurts. Just cut some sweet potatoes in half and cook them at 400 degrees for 40 minutes drizzled with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Scoop out the insides and eat them mashed later. Fill the skins with butter beans and diced shallot. Season with more olive oil, balsamic vinegar and fresh pepper. Pop them back in the oven for another 15 minutes. Now, what was that you were asking about a frozen turkey and a microwave? TTYL!
