Hit the farmer's market, grab some friends, and serve up a healthy, affordable Saturday Night in the city, ACB-style. We made roasted eggplant, stone fruit and tomato salad with fresh mozzarella, arugula salad with radishes and cucumbers, and melon with prosciutto. We sliced up a gorgeous, freshly baked sourdough that we picked up at the market and dinner was on. We saved so much by not going out that we sprung for some fresh flowers for the apartment too!"
